The inspector will first identify the rodent that has invaded your property. This is very important before beginning any control program. Identifying the species of rodent will aid in the inspection process. Because they are creatures of habit, it will make the inspectors job that much easier to locate all access points on the structure. As the inspector surveys the exterior of the structure, he will draft a diagram of the building which identifies access points and/or areas in need correction.
The inspector will then discuss the project with you, going over what needs to be repaired and how we will make the repairs. You will be provided with a no obligation written estimate of the project. You may take your time to think about the project or schedule the work with the inspector at that time. If you choose to go ahead with the project, the inspector will schedule a date and time for the crew to come and perform all repairs. At the same time, the inspector will place rat traps to immediately begin trapping rodents.
The crew will arrive with the inspectors diagram and equipped with all necessary materials to professionally seal all access points. The crew service technicians are employees of American Rat Control and are licensed by the (SPCB). Each crew service technician must pass a state exam as an applicator and be trained by an experienced crew service technician before being sent out to perform rodent proofings.
