If at anytime during the warranty period, rodents get back inside the Structure because the rodents got past our repairs or created a new hole, we will return to re-inspect, make needed repairs and re-trap rodents at no additional charge to you. You are covered under the warranty as long as you are the legal owner of the structure.

• If you plan on performing any construction on the exterior, please notify us before, so we can take preventative measures.
• Excludes rodents entering the structure through the sewer system or open doors or windows.
